As a volunteer I mentor vulnerable serving armed forces personnel transitioning after discharge to life on civvy street.The role is to signpost my clients to the charities and public sector support services that will help the move to civilian life.This role utilises my shared experiences of managing mental health illnesses, being a veteran, having successful mentored colleagues during my investment banking career, and coping with addiction.
