Responsible for overall delivery team success by monitoring and controlling status, risks, financials and governance. Assignment and management of resources, planning and forecasting with recruiting teams. Manage relationships/agreements with external clients/vendors, risk management and quality assurance. Implement consistent and standard processes for business planning and forecasting, staffing, delivery reporting and client relationship management. Partner with business development team to estimate projects, write SOWs, grow business. Client escalation and conflict resolution at executive level. Lead and coach members of the Power Platform team.
