   League is building a platform of solutions for healthcare. My mission is to help focus our efforts to deliver the product and platform capabilities, and enable developer success for those building on the platform. I\'m managing ~100 people across 14 teams. I work with potential and existing customers to ensure they\'re successfully building solutions on League\'s platform using our SDKs and APIs.I continue to manage a group of Principal and Staff developers, helping them set the engineering tone for the organization.Since January 2026, my scope expanded to include 4 product engineering teams in addition to the platform organization, giving me direct ownership across both product delivery and platform infrastructure.I also started building out our LLM/Agent strategy to support new agentic/AI/LLM projects within the platform. This includes developing people and projects to set us up for success. We went from nothing to building AI-powered features in less than 3 months.I authored an agentic engineering operating model that redesigned how teams plan, scope, and ship around AI-assisted workflows. The results across the org have been concrete: teams routinely compress multi-sprint projects into days, one team delivered its full quarterly roadmap at half headcount, and some teams report 70% AI-authored code with 8.6 hours saved per engineer per week.We\'re also building a strong culture that embraces code-assist tools in development and testing. We have ~80% of developers using agent coding tools on a daily basis, with PR throughput increasing 72% on some teams. We are targeting at least a 2X increase in developer productivity.I own the engineering P&L, partnering with finance to forecast and manage headcount, platform, and infrastructure costs.
