About Matthew Feil

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Matt is a seasoned HR leader who specializes in manufacturing and energy sectors. He holds a master\'s degree in Human Resource Development, an Executive MBA from the University of North Alabama, and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. He is currently leading HR for the Tissue division at First Quality, a leading manufacturer of household and personal care products, in Lock Haven, PA, Anderson, SC, and building a new greenfield site in Ohio.In his prior role, Matt stepped out of HR to learn operational leadership as the plant manager for Truck-Lite Wellsboro, a global leader in vehicle lighting and telematics. Previously, his HR executive career included leading his HR teams across the US and Canada for Keane Group, a major service provider of hydraulic fracturing services. While there, he handled complex employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, payroll, compliance, and acquisition integration for over employees. He also has extensive experience in mediation, union negotiations, and lean management. Matt is passionate about delivering results, building great HR teams, developing talent, and creating a positive work environment.
