I am a fourth-year University Honors student at NC State majoring in Design Studies with a Business Concentration, focused on turning creative strategy into measurable impact.As Team Lead on the Marketing, Communications, and Design team within Student Leadership and Engagement, I guide digital strategy and content execution for office initiatives. During my tenure, the SLE Instagram has grown 21% to 3,300+ followers. In the past month alone, our content generated 71,700 views, with 47% of reach coming from non-followers, reflecting expanded audience growth beyond our base.I also serve as Director of Ambassador Engagement for the Student Alumni Association Ambassadors, where I oversee ambassador recruitment, training, and retention. I modernized the ambassador interview and selection process by integrating unconscious bias training and updated procedural standards, and I evaluated 24 applicants through a structured interview framework designed to identify high-impact leaders. I collaborate with executive board members to align departmental initiatives with broader organizational goals and recently helped launch a reimagined mentorship program to strengthen ambassador retention and peer development.I am especially interested in opportunities at the intersection of brand strategy, content, and human-centered design, where creativity is paired with measurable results.
