What I Do:I am a top-performing operations leader and Mutual Fund officer with a passion for process improvement, improving the customer experience and team development. In my 20+ years of experience I have been an individual contributor and have led many projects and teams, focusing on large vendor transitions, propriety system enhancements, and creating efficiencies within mundane daily tasks. My Expertise Includes:Project Management of large transitions including vendors and priority systems. Strong global operations knowledge and expertise in business process improvement while generating and maintaining strong relationship ties internally and externally. Strong experience creating and implementing vendor management programs from scratch. I have a depth of knowledge in Mutual Funds, Collective Investment Trusts, Interval Funds, Offshore Structures, UCITS, and Single Investor Funds. Understand and manage from start to finish Regulatory Document Delivery and Proxy Solicitation Management for routine and non-routine items.
