Designed, developed, and implemented cloud-based (AWS) analytics platform for major marquee client comprising 1.5 terabytes of data sourced from two internal production systems and four external data providers. Collaborated with Strategy & Insights team to build solution to support measurement plan that includes: • Sixteen node Redshift cluster with data model to support broad operational and analytical needs. • Data pipeline design and ETLs for eighteen inbound data feeds across six data sources. • Export processes to deliver needed information to client and third-party partners. • Power BI reporting suite with over 20 pages of interactive reports directly utilizing Redshift data. Reports available to both Merkle internal staff and client staff and used widely on a daily basis. • Led Power BI reporting development efforts in collaboration with Strategy & Insights group to launch client-facing interactive dashboards to very positive reception from client’s senior leadership. • Collaborated with analysts within Strategy & Insights team to produce documentation, data dictionary, and training for internal and client-based analysts with SQL access to Redshift for ad hoc projects and reporting. • Designed, developed, implemented Data Integrity Indicator model and reporting to provide single report on status of all key data processes and datatables across the organization to drive increased service levels. • Designed and delivered Merkle PLS’s first Redshift project to provide DW for 4b records from Adobe Analytics. Success of project led to decision by Merkle PLS to migrate all on-premises BI projects to Redshift. • Entered and won first place in company’s Trailblazer innovation contest, with grand prize. Entry included working prototype of voice agent for Google Home (C#/Dialogflow) that demonstrated sweepstakes entry and loyalty program functions via voice interface
