I am currently heading the Engagement and Adoption Wealth Management Strategic Services team for the office of the COO, as well as functioning as a Strategic and Operational partner to the WM Strategic Services Leadership teams. In this role, I develop communication strategies and oversee the Engagement and Adoption organization to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. I lead teams in creating communication strategy, produce communications for major initiatives, while collaborating with business leads and platform owners, tracking business priorities, and facilitating key team meetings to manage communication objectives. I direct initiatives through conceptual planning, schedule management and final implementation, and leverage data to refine and optimize communications approaches, while supporting goals across audiences and channels by collaborating across teams and functions. I also engage with key stakeholders, and shape audience-relevant communications based on deep understanding of business priorities, company values and industry trends. Additionally, I write compelling, persuasive content to inform and support organizational initiatives, execute plans to deliver client onboarding and account maintenance technology, and provide continuous monitoring of delivered initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and remain current with industry and regulatory changes to ensure systems are adjusted accordingly and remain compliant
