I have been successful in Content Management and Curriculum Development for three reasons: PEOPLE: My collaboration with Technical Writing, Engineering, Technical Support, UX, and Shared Engineering teams has given me a wing-to-wing perspective in how to make knowledge assets work. PROCESS: I identify training gaps and anticipate emerging needs. For example, I designed a month-long technical writer bootcamp using classroom-style instruction, group work, role play and video to increase learning and engagement levels in new hires.
