I love it when we have an aha-moment. Something clicks, falls into place. We learned something. That’s powerful! Throughout my tech career, I have worked with apps, training materials, documentation, and web sites, which aim to teach and empower people. Whether it’s my 90+ year old aunt who is skyping, the ITPRO planning deployments, or the analyst working with data. Largely, this has been in roles where I managed and released international versions of these materials. But my passion is for effective communication, quality documentation, and making sense of data, in any language version. I\'m a highly-organized program manager with experience in all aspects of international project management and publishing. Strong skills in communication, globalization, localization, budgeting, project planning, execution, and release. I\'m agile, self-motivated, and resourceful. I have extensive experience with vendor management, functional program management, process improvements, and localization. I thrive in a work environment where many functions, technical and non-technical, come together to deliver something which is a magical synergy of design and content.
