About Mett Wayne Cormier
Experienced, dedicated, motivated, professional. I have eleven years of experience in the telecommunications field, and have been a core (SDA, TFS) telecommunications technician at AT & T for almost ten years. I am passionate about my job, my field, and the company I work for. To further my education and career opportunities, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in business management at Colorado Tech with an estimated completion of July 2023. Additionally, I am continually enhancing my skills with online classes at UMass Global in pursuit of Fiber Optic and other telecom related certifications from ETA International and the FCC. My goal is to continue to gain knowledge and mastery in my field, while furthering my career. I also have four years of management experience from previous jobs as department supervisor at Academy Sports (2012) and assistant store manager at Hibbett Sports (20••••10) I have been a volunteer home (billet) for the local NA3HL Jr. Hockey team, the Louisiana Drillers, since the 2020/2021 season. I provide a home for these young men to live at while they pursue their dream of playing hockey at a professional level.
