General Specific:• Act as the project liaison from the initial enquiry stage to final acceptance and documentation.• Meet with clients to discuss specific requirements and conduct site surveys when necessary.• Instruct, direct, control, and allocate work to trade operatives and apprentices, focusing on quality, productivity, and safety.• Ensure that all activities comply with health and safety, environmental, and quality management requirements, including statutory obligations and company policies.Engineering Specific:• Ensure the availability of technical information for design and construction delivery.• Interpret and check drawings, specifications, and schedules, and direct work accordingly. Prepare final documentation, such as as-built drawings.• Identify and resolve non-conformance issues in design and construction.• Manage the design of systems and products, ensuring alignment with specifications and technical requirements.Quality Specific:• Ensure the efficient and timely completion of all required site activities within program and budget constraints.• Obtain written instructions from the client\'s authorized person for any additional works.• Provide progress reports and program updates to the project manager on a weekly or monthly basis.• Hold, manage, record, and report weekly progress meetings with contractors and clients on-site.Health and Safety Specific:• Plan and organize work on-site to ensure safety and efficiency, following company procedures.• Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments for all work activities.• Manage interfaces with subcontractors, ensuring all required documentation, such as toolbox talks and permits, is in place.• Gather data for health and safety statistics, including hours worked, SORs (Safe Operating Records), near-miss incidents, and lost-time incidents.
