I am part of the elasticity team of Azure CosmosDB responsible for auto-scaling capabilities of CosmosDB. I work on Splits and Merge capability of CosmosDB deployments as well as Global Rate-limiter for sharing RUs across DB clusters- Built the QoS framework to prevent rollbacks in case of failure of non-crucial steps in the auto-scaling workflows.
