About Susan Messer
I am a dynamic, results-oriented, problem solver. I love the challenge of planning, project management, compliance and operations, the constant demand to reassess and realign priorities, the fast pace. My 20+ years of experience in manufacturing and service operations have taught me to expect the unexpected. I believe life is a flow chart. You are faced with a decision, you take action, and evaluate your results. Did it work? Great! Did it not work? OK, draw another arrow and try something else. Did it work? Great! Did it not work? Ok, draw another arrow.
