I have over 25 years of experience as a business and technology leader, overseeing complex projects and teams in various domains and regions. I enjoy connecting business and technology, and using intelligent automation to improve efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I currently lead a global team of 40+ engineers and 200+ digital workers, achieving an annual total savings of $20+M through robotic process automation and machine learning solutions. People affectionately call me the BOT\'s mommy. I manage a team of experts in automation, who have extensive expertise in business processes, domain areas, intelligent automation IA and automation engineering. These specialists improve the whole business process and increase efficiency by fully using the new AI and automation possibilities. Some of my key achievements include:•Leading the design, development, deployment, and support of over 200 bots across various business segments such as Real Estate Investments, Global Workplace Solutions, Advisory services, and corporate functions, such as finance, accounting, HR, procurement, and legal.•Establishing a Center of Excellence for intelligent automation, providing best practices, standards and governance while supporting robot development and maintenance.•Partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and deliver value-added solutions.•Implementing a continuous improvement framework to monitor bot performance, identify issues, and provide enhancements.•Mentoring and coaching engineers and bot developers on various automation tools and techniquesOutside my job, I devote my time to volunteering in several organizations and contributing to the community.
