As a data-driven professional with experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, and automation, I enjoy turning raw information into meaningful insights. At Proax Technologies, I currently work as a Shipping and Receiving Associate, supporting daily warehouse operations receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across the warehouse.Previously, I worked with the operations team at Vosyn on the live Project, where I analyzed bi-weekly working-hours data to understand intern engagement, average weekly hours, TFT approval and rejection rates, underutilized staff, and workflow consistency. What began as manual Excel cleanup evolved into an automated process using Power BI and M Query, and I helped design a dashboard that provides leadership with real-time visibility into operational performance.Earlier, I developed responsive interfaces as a Junior Software Developer, improving user experience and reducing bugs through clean UI development and iterative enhancements. My technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Git strengthened my ability to build user-friendly interfaces and collaborate in Agile environments.I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics at Toronto Metropolitan University, focusing on machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced data visualization. I also hold the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, which strengthened my skills in data cleaning, interpretation, and communication.Alongside technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and frontend development tools, I bring strong collaboration and communication skills. I enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams understand data in a simple and meaningful way.As I continue expanding my technical foundation, I am actively looking to start my career in the AI and automation field, where I can combine my analytical skills, operational understanding, and passion for efficiency to build intelligent, scalable solutions.Whether I’m improving workflows, building dashboards, or uncovering patterns behind the data, I aim to create clear, practical insights that support better decisions.
