Lecturing engineering knowledge, and professional skills to apprentices at L3 and HNC. Working to develop key skills and behaviours (KSB) to help learners progress in work-based environments.• Units Include:o Materials Science & Testingo Engineering Projecto Electro-Pneumatics and Hydraulicso Automation, PLCs & Roboticso Computer Aided Designo Communication for Engineers • Using OneFile to run e-portfolios and assess learners progress, set tasks and handle assignment submissions. Involved in student and staff interviews. Monitoring KSB Progress.• Working to develop and improve hybrid teaching methods and styles. Breaking down the barrier of distance learning• Working towards improving student and staff life, drawing on experience and contacts to collaborate and improve overall experience of students in the Training Centre, aiming to create a more detailed link with the Students Union so that learners feel included in the ‘One University’ goal.• Promoting and co-leading an ED & I Committee alongside a Wellbeing and Culture Committee across the centre, and the further AMRC. Developing resources to distribute to learners and partnered employers, delivering talks and discussions to improve understanding of themes. Working to improve visibility and understanding across staff and students as well as providing a more welcoming environment both in terms of self-care and diverse interests.• Involved in the creation of a Composite Engineer Pathway for specialist learners. Supporting tutors in developing assignments and resources to deliver the course.• Maintaining knowledge and updating skills through various CPD courses. Including site visits, teaching training,
