I’m a driven professional with a diverse background in sales, customer relationship management, and technical education. My career has spanned automotive sales, warranty management, small business operations, and classroom instruction, giving me a unique ability to connect with people, solve problems, and deliver value in any environment.In my time as a Sales Representative and Warranty Specialist, I leveraged CRM tools (Salesforce, WooCommerce) to streamline processes, improve customer satisfaction, and retain revenue through strategic customer engagement. As a Sales Associate in the automotive industry, I built strong client relationships, closed deals by overcoming objections, and drove repeat business through referrals and follow-ups.My experience as an instructor and department lead sharpened my skills in communication, leadership, and mentoring, qualities that I now bring to client engagement and consultative sales.
