While at Meta, I led a team of independent contributors and drove product enhancements and feature launches aimed at closing integrity gaps. I worked collaboratively with cross functional partners across Engineering, Data Science, Ops, Risk, Legal, Policy, Customer Support, and Compliance to understand business needs and deliver impact through innovation, reduce risk and integrity concerns, and provide better in-app experiences for our users.As an IC, I supported our Charitable Giving Products within Facebook & Instagram\'s Social Impact group and Administrator and Moderation Tooling within Facebook Groups. Notable features and product launches include: Building Machine Learning Classifiers for our Content Moderation Workflows, Launching Fundraising Tools on Instagram, Achieving $1 million active donor milestone for Giving Tuesday, Supporting German and Mexico Elections, and Groups Admin feature enhancements to support enforcement within Groups.
