I’ve built my career in tech and manufacturing, focusing on Learning and Development that is practical, engaging, and grounded in empathy. With a background in Psychology from the University of Toronto and ongoing studies in Psychotherapy at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis, I design learning experiences that meet people where they are and help them grow with confidence.While at ecobee, I contributed to a company-wide approach that was recognized with the 2023 Canadian HR Award for Best Learning and Development Strategy. Now at Generac, I co-chair the Wellbeing and Ability BERG, working to create inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. I’m a natural encourager who brings energy, structure, and heart to everything I do.
