ABOUT MERYL HOLT

Meryl Holt is General Counsel at Cadence, a health technology company helping national health systems deliver world-class care outside of the four walls of the hospital. As head of the legal and compliance teams, she supports the company\'s rapid growth in a complex, highly regulated environment. Prior to joining the Cadence team, Meryl served as a federal prosecutor and was in private practice at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City, where she focused on internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and complex civil litigation. Meryl also previously served as the New York City Corporation Counsel Honors Fellow and held multiple roles in the Obama-Biden Administration, including in the Office of the White House Chief of Staff and the Council of Economic Advisers. At the beginning of her legal career, Meryl served as a law clerk to Judge Joel M. Flaum on the Seventh Circuit. She holds a JD/MBA from Harvard University and BA from Stanford University.
