Purchasing Project Manager for radar systems- I represent procurement as a member of the team and actively influence the design and development of the components that fall under my responsibility- I collaborate with engineering teams to implement cost-saving projects related to components/processes, aiming to optimize expenses while maintaining the required quality- I initiate and lead cost-saving projects related to components, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the production process- I prepare crucial decisions for high-level committees, including the executive board, through pre-meetings, meetings, and presentations related to components and suppliers that I am responsible for, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives- I assess and validate costs, identify cost potentials for the parts and processes, initiate and conduct price negotiations, and present/proceed after approval, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency improvements- I develop and implement time planning strategies for series production, ensuring a smooth and timely manufacturing process for radar components- I manage and ensure timely capacities for the parts during the launch of new radar projects, coordinating with production teams ( intern-extern) to meet project timelines and requirements- I assist in interfacing between Bosch’s departments and suppliers for components during the launch of new vehicle projects, maintaining effective communication and collaboration to meet project goals.
