ABOUT MERSIA PERRA

As Capacity Manager in Capgemini Engineering for Automotive Aerospace Defence & Railways- Italy, I have the aim to provide the best capacity to meet our goals. Capacity for us means mainly people, so I am in charge to plan the work force, to set skill and re-skill plans to our resources. In 2022 we offered a portfolio of 9 academy and trained already more than 100 graduats. We really believe in people and really invest in them creating the best professional opportunities for our team. I use every day my business experience to find the best solutions for the project need as well as for our employees needs. I started my carrier as HW developer engineer in one of the biggest consumer company, in the Netherland. This experience was followed by a period in a research national institute and than in Altran, one of the biggest player in the Engineering services. My first role in Altran was as Consultant. Then I started in 2017 my experience as Team Manager where I was responsible for P&L and people management with a team of 30pp. I spent all my carrier close to customers, bringing value in every role and experience. I have a proved and long experience in the defence field as well as regarding business than technical aspects. All those different and stimulating experiences forged my attitude to deal with all kind of different environments and fields. I learned the power of the team and that\'s why I love finding always the best way to put people and me in the conditions to give the best to our customers. Since my first steps as consultant till now in my role, I have been working to strengthen the relationship with our customer, finding the way to anticipate needs and find solutions.
