I continue to work as a freelance yoga teacher via private lessons, in schools, in hostels, hotels and eco-hostels, studios, gardens, parks, nursing homes, in the jungle, on mountains, in homes, gyms, retreat centers, and more. I focus on trauma-informed beginner yoga, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, and chair yoga that incorporates postures, meditation, breathwork, mudras, and mantras. I have worked with kids, teens, young adults, and adults of various abilities. Cost for lessons is typically a sliding scale. 200 E-RYT, 500 CYT, and YACEP with Yoga Alliance, hours of teaching and counting. I have subbed and taught workshops at Schoolhouse Yoga in pgh, Sneha Yoga and Wellness Collective in pgh, AYO gym in Brazil, Meadville Yoga, Yoga Spot Meadville, and many more studios and centers.
