ABOUT MERRITT KNOX
As an apparel design major with a deep love for fashion, I’m driven by the connection between creativity and people. I find inspiration in the places I explore and in the richness of maximally designed spaces. Those full of life, detail, and personality. My design philosophy centers around the idea that clothing should feel like home: a space where you are wholly yourself, seen, and uniquely expressed. To me, apparel design is more than creating garments; it’s a beautiful balance of imaginative challenge and meaningful connection. It’s about designing pieces that empower each client to feel confident, comfortable, and unmistakably themselves. For me, design isn’t just about clothing, it’s about the heart behind it. I find deep connectionbetween my faith, creativity, and purpose. Designing is not just fabric and thread, it’sweaving with intention, spirit, and joy. I believe fashion should be a fearless expression of whoyou are. My passion lies in creating garments that clothe the body in strength and dignity, notjust style. Pieces that reflect the beauty of the heart within.I was created to create. Designing is the way God has invited me to experience His presence.Through color, texture, and the joyful work of bringing ideas to life. Each stitch, eachsilhouette is a reflection of His creativity and the way He designed us to reflect Him. To takewhat begins as a quiet spark of inspiration and see it become something real, something wornand loved, is a sacred and exhilarating process. This isn’t just fashion. It’s worship. It’s wonder. And I am so grateful to do this forever.
