Manages Facing History’s social media engagement, supports brand reputation management, and helps strengthen the MAC team’s connections and relationships with internal and external audiences based inour US regions. Serve as primary staff member monitoring comments, mentions, and direct messages related to @facinghistory accounts on Facebook, X, and Instagram, Manage content drafting and publication of tweets related to regional events and happenings. Cultivate and maintain a list of hashtags frequently used by our audiences Coordinate or support twitter posts related to Twitter chats like #sschat and other relevant events as assigned Provide responses to relevant comments, messages, and mentions according to these Facing History guidelines Identify twitter posts from mentions and followers to respond to or retweet as part of our strategy to increase engagement and build stronger relationships in digital spaces Document mentions, replies, and shares of Facing History content that should be tagged as potential brand/reputation issues and monitor as needed/directed by the Director of Marketing
