ABOUT MERON SOLOMON H.

I was born in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia\'s capital, into a family with a business background, and I remember being ambitious and passionate about doing business as a child. However, instead of going to business school I got into engineering school. After graduation, I got involved in various engineering projects and made a significant contribution to my company while also learning a great deal.I made the decision in 2021 to go after a childhood dream of working in the business world. And because I care about the threats to our planet as a person, I made the decision to pursue my dream of working in a field that has a high positive impact on our plant by obtaining a Global MBA in Green Energy and Sustainable Business from the Bologna Business School in Italy.I also like to make crafts, especially crochet and embroidery, so during the lockdown I started my online business selling crocheted clothing. I also have a passion for volunteering. During my college years, for instance, I actively participated in the social affairs (charity group) for more than three years and made significant contributions. Working in social affairs is one of my proudest achievements.Last but not least, I possess strong work ethics along with technical and soft skills in engineering, administration, and management.
