For most of my career, I helped companies grow. Over 30+ years working with C-suite leaders across 50+ organizations and 30 industries, I learned that the best breakthroughs rarely come from having all the answers — they come from asking the right questions.But the question that kept surfacing wasn\'t how do we grow? It was what are we growing toward?That question led me to C12, where I now serve as a Chair in Greater Chicago, guiding CEOs and business owners who want to lead excellent companies and build something that matters beyond the bottom line. Each month, I convene a peer forum where faith-driven, results-minded executives challenge and sharpen one another — on strategy, leadership, and the harder questions of purpose and legacy.My background in strategy consulting gives me a useful lens: I\'ve led growth strategy, innovation pipelines, and business model transformation at the highest levels.
