About Merlyn Gordon
I am passionate about supporting intrapreneurs in transforming their businesses through a pragmatic process of identifying moments that matter to people and then aligning operations to these human journeys to drive business impact. As a member of SAP Signavio’s Center of Excellence, I developed a business-centered, collaborative engagement model that uses Design Thinking, Service Design, and other techniques, tools, and mindsets to guide cross-functional teams as they change how businesses interact and engage with end customers. Previously, I led Oracle’s global Customer Experience Journey Mapping program, which quickly evolved into a co-innovation practice. I have a degree in Zoology and have worked as a commercial Merchant Mariner in the Pacific Ocean and Bearing Sea. I drink too much coffee and dream that Indian motorcycles will create an electric Springfield Dark Horse bike very soon.
