About Merlyne Pierre
I am a Program Manager who leverages counseling theory and strategic planning to ensure the successful completion of projects. As a believer in transformative change, my approach to building relationships is based on four pillars: authentic curiosity, communication, collaboration, and delivering solutions. My blended social work background in direct support and program management has been the foundation of how I connect with peers and clients. By providing consistent updates on program/project risks, roadblocks, and successes, stakeholders know they are integral to achieving key results.I track workflows and maintain organization through prioritization and unique coding techniques, spreadsheets, and platforms such as Asana and ChatGPT. Establishing and learning new processes to organize is absolutely a treat for me. Most importantly, it helps me transform complex projects into digestible and measurable objectives. My favorite part of seeing a project to its completion is using the data to achieve goals and create a meaningful story for future impact. When the work is done, and I hang up my superheroine cape, I kick back to the oldies but goodies of the 80s,90s, and 00s, photography, writing, and dancing.
