Hi! I have been working in research and corporate social responsibility for 8 years now, working across all aspects of the field. My expertise includes research reports (baseline, midline, endline, and impact assessments), monitoring, evaluation, learning MEL, administration, and CSR compliance in India. I\'ve worked with corporates, consultancies, academic institutions, and NGOs, which has given me a multi-dimensional understanding of the sector.Recently, I co-founded Samagrith along with three partners to use our collective learning and varied experience to make the social impact journey easier for NGOs, corporates, and other agencies navigating this space.Academically, I hold a postgraduate degree in sociology and public policy, although I consider myself a life-long learner!I\'m passionate about learning, reading and writing - growing in small ways every day.    This update is long overdue. Between studying, setting things up, and everything in between, posting about it somehow kept getting pushed to tomorrow. But here we finally are!In 2024, two of my closest collaborators and I started Samagrith in Kerala, named after the word \"Samagra\", meaning entire, complete, whole. A name we try to live up to!Since then, we have been quietly taking on small projects and finding our footing. And the more we work, the more we are reminded of something we deeply believe in: that some of the most passionate, driven people are out there building NGOs, social enterprises, and corporate social responsibility initiatives that genuinely want to create impact, and yet so much of their energy gets spent figuring out the how, when it should be spent on the why.That is the gap we want to fill. Samagrith is a one stop solution for NGOs, social enterprises, and corporates working on social responsibility. We walk alongside them through every stage of their journey: from getting the foundations right with registration, accounting, and CSR ready documentation, to fundraising, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and impact assessment. We also support knowledge building through webinars and talks, and help translate vision into clear, actionable policy documents.Whatever the stage, whatever the need, we try to be the steady support in the background so our clients can focus on what they do best.We are still a young team, still learning, still growing.
