As a research associate at wbk Institute for Production Technology at KIT, I have the exciting opportunity to combine my passion for various innovative technologies. In this role, I am involved in the establishment and execution of training sessions and workshops for SMEs in the field of digitalization and sustainability (DiKliMa.de).One of my responsibilities involves coordinating and moderating industry-focused training in the domains of Lean & Industry 4.0, as well as Digital Twins. Here, we work closely with industry-leading experts to develop training programs that cater to the specific needs and challenges of SMEs. We place significant emphasis on practical examples and case studies to provide participants with a profound understanding of the application possibilities and benefits of these technologies.My research is focused on the project \"AgiloBat\" and fuel cell production projects. In this regard, I have an active role in the development, simulation, and implementation of Digital Twins for production processes. The close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of engineers, researchers, and technology experts from the industry allows me to deepen my expertise while simultaneously learning from other specialists.
