ABOUT MERIN JUDE

I am a Civil Engineering professional (EIT - Professional Engineers Ontario) with a strong focus on project coordination, compliance, and sustainable industrial practices. With an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management and hands-on internship experience, I have developed practical skills in technical reporting, site assessments, cost estimating, and quality management.I bring strong technical writing and documentation abilities, honed through both academic and industry experience, including years of teaching civil engineering. I excel at communicating complex technical information clearly through RFPs, meeting minutes, reports, and compliance documentation.Passionate about sustainability, I hold the Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) credential and am committed to integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into projects. I am particularly interested in environmental management, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance, and enjoy contributing to initiatives that meet high standards while fostering continuous improvement.My career began in academia as a civil engineering lecturer, where I developed an organized, detail-oriented approach to project work and communication. Now based in Ontario as a permanent resident, I am looking to apply my engineering knowledge and coordination skills to support high-quality, compliant, and sustainable industrial outcomes while learning from industry leaders.
