Copper Peak Logistics (CPL) is a supply-chain, software and services fulfillment focused on the wine industry. My focus at Copper-Peak Logistics is delivering white glove service to wineries who want to deliver a unique brand experience to their wine club members. To deliver on this I think of my colleagues and clients as family. As the head of customer service it’s my job to always be available to share my 20+ years experience in the industry to help my customers succeed. I always make myself available to chat, and am often their sounding board. People tell me that being compassionate and empathetic is my greatest strength. I love my job in the wine industry, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
