As a strategic Learning & Development (L&D) and Organization Development (OD) partner, I help organizations build high-performing, future-ready cultures by aligning people strategies with business transformation. I have deep experience in learning and OD consulting, from organizational diagnosis, road mapping, to learning design & delivery, and program management. I bring a unique ability to zoom in on individual employee experiences while keeping a sharp eye on organization-wide impact. My advanced degrees also add rigor to my approach to data gathering and analysis, intervention design, and project implementation. 1. Senior Editor

   Gnovis Journal

   Aug 2023 — Present

   For academic year 24-25, I am a member of the Senior Editorial Committee (SEC) and part of the editorial team of Gnovis. My contribution to the team- codeveloped the strategy and execution plan for the 25th anniversary of Gnovis Journal- leads Gnovis Learning, the learning arm of the Journal, in the development and execution of a blended learning curriculum for the Gnovis team to increase competencies in copyediting, peer reviewing, research methods, and publication management- leads the Gnovis podcast (from conceptualization, scriptwriting, interviewing, editing direction, and publication), this includes team management of podcast talents (scriptwriters, editors, music)- co-manages the operations of the Gnovis team including journal publication cycle and content review for all channels and platformsFor academic year 23-24, I was a part of the editorial team of Gnovis as new editor. My contribution to the team- participated in the review, copyediting and publication of Vol. 24 of Gnovis- led the Gnovis podcast (from conceptualization, scriptwriting, interviewing, editing direction, and publication), this includes team management of podcast talents (scriptwriters, editors, music)- co-organized GnoviCon, the yearly journal colloquium where selected authors present their work to the graduate academic community at GeorgetownGnovis is a peer-reviewed academic journal, blog, and podcast managed by graduate students from the Communication, Culture, and Technology program at Georgetown University.
