ABOUT MERIEL DAVIES

Meriel uses proven systems thinking tools to be an impactful transformation change manager and programme lead. She is driven by the desire for a just and regenerative society. She is guided by strong personal values, and high positive energy.Meriel provides motivational and empowering leadership for transformation through generative listening, collaboration, and facilitation using system change tools and techniques, coaching and workshopping. She is also a skilled fundraiser, writing high impact grants and securing six figure funding.A trained Gestalt coach, with experience engaging multi-cultural teams, Meriel is diplomatic and adept at engaging internal and external stakeholders and facilitating dialogue.She has proven success in delivering multiple projects and large-scale change; with over twenty years’ experience in strategic and operational roles in large complex and dynamic international companies. Meriel secured a distinction in her level 7 apprenticeship as a Systems Thinking Practitioner. Knowledge, skills and behaviour developed in this practice enables her to apply a holistic and collaborative approach to complex and dynamic challenges. Meriel is passionate about using her experience and positive ‘can do’ attitude to create a better future.She has been super fortunate to travel down different career paths; with a rich mixture of people and cultures; tackling operational and strategic challenges. This has gifted her some interesting transferable skills and practical knowledge, as well as strong personal resilience and adaptability.She has experienced some very different business cultures and organisational structures; mostly good.
