Partner relations - Develop and sustain strong working relationships with business partners and other internal personnel across all functions of the organization- Understand the business goals and needs to effectively deliver marketing material (e.g, white papers, collateral, presentations) and programs- Represent and address concerns and needs of assigned business area(s) as appropriate with colleagues- Effectively manage expectations regarding deliverables - Facilitate effective discussions within Marketing and/or with business partners that result in clear decisions and/or next steps. Project Management - Manage day-to-day marketing activities - Effectively project manage deliverables for the US Institutional business, PRCG, the separately managed accounts business, AIA, MPA, Natixis Solutions and sub-advised- Involve all stakeholders early and often to ensure coordinated efforts around areas of responsibility- Write clear, effective creative briefs and support documents. Marketing Communications - With manager input, support development of strategically sound written communications plans for presentation to business partners to gain buy-in- Where possible, create metrics and measures to evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of specific marketing tactics and strategies- Develop marketing material (e.g, white papers, digital) and programs (e.g, industry conferences) to best position Natixis to external audiences. Business knowledge - Build/maintain understanding in assigned channel/business and product area, continually building on knowledge base in order to become a more effective contributor- Develop and maintain understanding of our affiliate Institutional product strategies and how they meet the needs of our clients and prospects- Develop and maintain understanding of the PRCG business and the separately managed account business.
