Sheila Campbell and I conduct a course called Retreats That Work: Creative Facilitation and Design Intensive, based on our widely used book, Retreats That Work, and our nearly 20 years of experience facilitating meetings for leading organizations in the corporate, nonprofit, government and international sectors.We are gearing up to hold another session of our Creative Facilitation and Design Intensive in Washington, DC. Early bird registration ends December 31, 2016.The four-day “boot camp” gives participants the chance to learn the fundamentals of creative retreat design and facilitation and create high-impact retreat content segments themselves. This workshop is perfect for team leaders, managers, HR professionals, facilitators, change management and organizational development experts, and others who are responsible for planning and facilitating retreats, meetings, and team gatherings.We all know people in these roles, and we know how challenging their jobs can be.
