With over 10 years in the tech industry, I bring a dynamic and robust set of tools to the table as a Technical Program Manager including strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, the ability to create structure to facilitate productivity and reduce risk, as well as previous experience as a software engineer.Technical Program Management | As a technical program manager, I am able to leverage the depth of my professional experience to lead high visibility initiatives, manage collaborations that facilitate complex projects and sought after features, and anticipate and troubleshoot potential challenges proactively. As a result, not only have I been a part of many transformative launches, but I have minimized risk, established documentation and transparent communication, and built rapport and pride in the teams I’ve worked with.Technology | With a background in software engineering, I am able to leverage my technical expertise to address risk and understand challenges, while also being able to distill complex technical concepts at a high level, driving success consistently on multiple cross functional teams.Project Management | Seeing the forest and the trees is key.
