With over 15 years of experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and talent development, I am passionate about creating opportunities for people to grow and thrive in their careers. As the Career Programs Lead at LinkedIn, I leverage my skills and knowledge to design and implement innovative and scalable programs that support internal mobility and career transformation for employees at all levels. In my previous role as the Senior Global Program Manager for ERG Leadership Development and Recognition, I had the honor of developing, recognizing, and awarding an ecosystem of over 700 global ERG leaders across LinkedIn. I created and launched LinkedIn\'s first nationally recognized ERG pay and award program, the first global ERG leadership development program, and the first executive recruitment program for diverse talent. I also participated in the LEAD cohort for high-potential, high-impact employees of color at LinkedIn.
