I am a Direct Admit to the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, majoring in Marketing and pursuing certificates in International Business and Leadership Studies with an emphasis in Psychology. I am passionate about understanding people, what drives their decisions, behaviors, and engagement, and applying that insight to build strong relationships and drive results. I am particularly interested in careers in Sales and Human Resources, where I can combine strategy with a people centered approach.At the University of Iowa, I am a fourth year student involved in Alpha Kappa Psi, Chi Omega, President\'s Leadership Class, Business Student Ambassador Organization, and Women’s Club Basketball team. Through these experiences, I have developed skills in communication, leadership, event planning, and collaboration while mentoring peers and contributing to impactful projects.Prior to college, I gained leadership and organizational experience as a swim coach and media coordinator for athletic teams. Leading daily practices, organizing meets and events, and managing media content taught me the value of relationships, consistency, and effective communication, skills I carry into every professional setting.I am motivated by opportunities to connect with people, solve problems, and help teams succeed, and I am excited to bring these skills to a career in Sales or Human Resources.
