   At Cabaletta Bio, we believe autoimmune diseases could be cured with a one-time treatment. Building on proven CAR T technology and years of clinical experience in autoimmune cell therapy, we develop engineered T cell therapies targeting these conditions.Our CABA® platform aims to deliver deep, durable, and potentially curative outcomes through a single administration using two approaches. The CARTA approach works by transiently eliminating B cells to enable a potential “immune system reset.” Our lead candidate, rese-cel, is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 trials across multiple autoimmune diseases with high unmet need, including lupus, myositis, systemic sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, and pemphigus vulgaris.
