Strategically partner with clients to provide exceptional value in meeting & event management, marketing initiatives, board relations, member engagement, financial reporting, and strategic planning. • Successfully implement and manage programs that drive member engagement and retention across client base structure. • Provide expertise in meeting and event preparation, communications, financial coordination, and governance. • Serve as lead project manager for all aspects of event planning and production, in both live and virtual settings. • Develop captivating marketing strategies that drive event traffic through direct marketing, social media, and creative campaigns. • Manage content calendars and engage teams through various project management tools. • Provide directions and expectations for all programs, assign work, supervise tasks, and set priorities for each project initiative. • Manage sponsor partnerships and fulfill sponsor contracts that support strategic goals and budget. • Oversee project timelines and scope to ensure projects are successfully delivered on time and within expected budget.
