Collins Aerospace is part of Raytheon Technologies. The Total Rewards optimization team was moved back to the business after one year. I kept all the same projects during this transition and added one more. These are all mulit-year, global projects. Projects I have been leading as part of this team- Leading the implementation of a recognition and service awards program for employees in 51 countries from design to change management to communications to implementation and work transition to shared services- Leading the implementation of a singular benefits broker in the APAC region (14 countries) and in the Middle East/Africa (12 countries) from requirements gathering to RFP to selection and implementation including the sunset of other brokers.
