ABOUT MEREDITH THOMAS
I’m the Co-Executive Director & a founding force of Thank You Life, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to psychedelic care for those who need it most. My journey into this work is deeply personal — shaped by family health challenges, including my son’s traumatic brain injury and struggles worsened by conventional psychiatric treatment, alongside my own chronic illness. Long before this, I cultivated a spiritual connection to healing through a deep connection with plants, gardening, and herbal medicine. This foundation taught me to trust the body’s innate wisdom and the intelligence of nature. Bringing over two decades of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, I’m honored to co-lead a movement that’s creating a new paradigm of equitable, compassionate, and transformative mental health care.
