About Meredith Carver Pesek
As a Bay Area native, I’ve always enjoyed exploring all that San Francisco has to offer from the diverse culture to the fast paced business opportunities. This has propelled me towards a career where I routinely wear many hats to help transform chaos into efficiency to support executives with their every need.Previous to being an executive assistant, I worked in several galleries and helped to open a non-profit museum in San Francisco. All my many hats I wore: volunteer coordinator, bookkeeper, assistant director, event planner, HR manager, operations leader, communications director, co-curator, and sales specialist. This experience gave me the tools I needed to become a trusted assistant to properly support business executives.Throughout my career, I’ve been able to help executives reach their goals through creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and unmatched administrative support. This allows me to effectively support business objectives, cross functional communication, and personal assistance a variety of settings.For fun, I enjoy food, live music, photography, movies, and urban hiking. I love being helpful behind the scenes where I’m able to spearheaded a broad spectrum of corporate initiatives to plan companywide events, coordinate domestic and international travel, and train new executive support staff in compliance with corporate standards for quality and excellence.
