ABOUT MEREDITH NEWBOLD SMITH

I am an experienced and ambitious Global Marketing professional with 20 years\' experience in end to end marketing luxury, celebrity and lifestyle brands. From concept and product development to licensing and in-store experience, I have globally commercialized, with 360 market launch/execution guidelines, over 20 new beauty products, a 43 sku skincare range and designed and opened a new spa and boutique in NYC. I have worked across categories with a focus on consumer products, retail and hospitality. My strengths are centered around: 1. Deep relationships My passion for understanding people and patterns pushes me to develop strong relationships with both my direct team and mentors and cross-functional partners while simultaneously understanding consumer mindsets to drive innovation and support.
