Serve as a Program Manager to the Director of Office of Human Subjects Research Protections (OHSRP) in all management matters concerned with the administrative operation of the OHSRP program-Serve as client Project Manager for the NIH PROTECT (Huron) eIRB implementation project, and post implementation optimization efforts-Analyze and evaluate complex policy issues that influence operations, provide input regarding potential impact on operations relevant to the program areas, and make recommendations on new or revised policies to improve program operations-Implement and provide guidance on initiatives and policies which impact OSHRP including budget and acquisitions-Define, establish, and implement program goals and objectives issued by other entities in the ICs, NIH, HHS and other government agencies-Meet with and survey OHSRP leadership regularly to identify current and anticipated needs, workload, and programmatic changes to ensure they are incorporated into strategic planning and budgeting activities-Lead the formulation of the OHSRP budget from diverse funding steams; reviews and develops estimates for the NIH Institutional Review Board office (IRBO) and the greater OHSRP-Represent OHSRP in meetings related to the submission planning, budget justifications, program funding, coordination or amendment of contracts, procurement of information technology, or on similar issues in meetings with OSHRP leadership-Leads human capital management for OHSRP including development of recruiting materials, recruiting candidates, and onboarding for OHSRP-Serves as a senior point of contact and operational lead for OHSRP on business operations issues with other NIH offices, contractors, vendors, and other government organizations-2023 Graduate of the NIH Mid-Level Leadership program.
