We educate our clients on the costs and benefits of each plan and carrier to empower them to make a decision they are comfortable with. In March 2023, I joined our Quality Assurance team so that I can help our company grow by ensuring our agents are providing an exemplary client experience.In my previous role, from 20••••23, I was a licensed Medicare insurance agent. In this position I excelled in helping our clients understand Medicare and Medicare insurance offerings so they could make an educated decision on the coverage that is best for their situation.Throughout my tenure I’ve had the pleasure of assisting many VIP beneficiaries, including personal referrals from our CEO and other high ranking members in the organization. I have always prided myself with giving each beneficiary a personalized experience and treating them as if they were my own family.
