About Meredith Mandel
Pop! Promos is a quick turn supplier of Pantone matched, custom branded merchandise. As Art Director, I lead our internal and external creative groups in providing world class design services. My core responsibilities focus on project management, team coaching, and goal setting in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. I am always seeking ways to improve myself and my team using a combination of creative ideation and data analytics. After graduating from Drexel University and earning my B.S. in Fashion Design and Art History, I began my career as an apparel and print designer. For 8 years I worked with custom athletic apparel that was designed, developed, and produced in-house. The unique experience of working alongside our factories provided me invaluable knowledge on production methods and operational processes. In the past 10+ years, my versatility and hunger for knowledge has enabled me to move through a variety of creative roles, including 5+ years in management positions with 3-8 direct reports. I strive for success, and aim to foster a culture of positivity and growth for my team. I am educated on Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and the implementation of this business model in small to medium size businesses. I have received professional leadership training (The Complete Leader course) in coordination with the EOS model. I have also received professional career development at the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center through the following courses-Management Development Certification -Principles of Lean In my free time you\'ll likely find me powerlifting or practicing yoga.
